Mission Statement

ND Sports’ mission is to support and/or create sports programs for kids and the community and promotes the employment of youth in the community.


Tristan De Jong 

Tristan grew up playing in the Cambridge Minor Hockey Association and finished his minor hockey career with the Bantam and Minor Midget AAA Waterloo Wolves program.  Following minor hockey, he went on to lay for the local Jr. B Winterhawks and St. Catherine's Falcons of the GOJHL.  Tristan played his Major Junior hockey with the Moncton Wildcats of the QMJHL from 2018-2021.  He was honoured as Defenceman of the year in 2021 for Moncton.  Tristan will now pursue his education at the University of Guelph where he will play hockey for the Gryphons in the CIS.

Claire Robinson

Claire grew up playing 9 years of hockey with the Cambridge Roadrunners.  She was a member of a Provincial Bantam AA Championship team and was a WCSSA high school All-Star.  Claire also won a CWOSSA high school hockey championship.  She is now a defender with the Cambridge Rivioulettes Jr. Team.

Jacob Cascagnette 

Jacob is Snipe Academy's Head Skills Coach for summer 2021. Jake currently attends the University of Waterloo and is a member of the @wloomhky UW Warriors. Jake served 5 years in the @ohlofficial from 2013- 2018 as a member of @ohlrangers @ohlsteelheads and @ott67s. Jake was also a product of Kitchener Minor Hockey @kmha_all. You will see Jake much more often this summer at the Snipe facility, at Project Ice, and at ND Sports Camp running the High Performance Hockey Camp sessions.

Keegan McMullen 

Snipe Academy Cambridge instructor Keegan McMullen played his minor hockey with the Cambridge Hawks and was drafted to the Ontario Hockey League by the Peterborough Petes following the 2017-18 season in Cambridge. In 2018-19 Keegan played Junior 'A' for the Timmins Rock in the Northern Ontario Junior Hockey League. In 2019-20 he played his first full season in the OHL for the Peterborough Petes. 

Joseph Serpa 

Snipe Academy Cambridge instructor Joseph Serpa played his minor hockey with the Cambridge Hawks and was a member of Team Alliance during his Minor Midget season in 2018. After being drafted in the 4th round by the Kitchener Rangers in 2018, Joseph split his 2018-19 season with the Jr. B Waterloo Siskins and the OHL Kitchener Rangers. Joe played his first full season with the Kitchener Rangers in 2019-20.
